Meat curry is a delicious recipe loved by Pakistanis. It is an important part of Pakistani culture and something which everyone loves. There are many delicious curry recipes, each with a unique touch. In this blog, I explain four mouthwatering Curry recipes to try this season.

1.  Indian Chicken Curry

For Indian chicken curry, take 500 grams of boneless chicken, an onion, garlic cloves, ginger paste, and tomatoes. To start making the curry, fry the onions until they are soft. In the next step, add ginger paste, and fry for another minute.

Once you finish the onions, fry the chicken until it gets a dull texture. Add tomato, turmeric, cumin, coriander, Garam masala, and red chilli powder in the next step. Later on, add salt as per your requirements. Once done, serve the curry with Naan or rice. Indian chicken is one of the most popular curries in the subcontinent. 2Thai Green Curry

Out of all chicken curries, Thai curry is highly popular, especially in Thailand. Moreover, the dish is made from vegetables, meat, and seafood, which makes it very tasty.  To make Thai curry, you need one pound of boneless chicken breast, green Curry paste, coconut milk, chicken broth, fish masala sauce, and brown sugar.

Make the curry paste by adding chilli peppers, Shallots, garlic, lemon grass, and ginger. You can use a food processor to blend the ingredients. In the next step, heat vegetable oil and add the curry paste. After this, add chicken to the pan, and cook completely. Once this is done, add Coconut milk, chicken broth, fish sauce, brown sugar, and salt, and keep stirring until the mixture boils. Once the mixture boils, add vegetables, and let the Haleem cook for five to seven minutes. After this, add chopped basil and lime juice to the pan. In the last step, serve the curry with rice.

2. Japanese Curry

The Japanese curry, also called the Kare Raisu, was invented in the 1800s during British rule. Although the British bought curry powder in Japan, they started using it as part of their recipes. Hence, creating a new version of curry, the Japanese curry.

The recipe ingredients for this Lamb Karai include two tablespoons of vegetable oil, one onion, two minced garlic cloves, one tablespoon of ginger, curry powder, flour, water, potatoes, carrots, apple, and soy sauce.

Heat the vegetable oil and add onions, garlic, and ginger to start making the curry. In the next step, add meat to the pot and cook properly. Later, add curry powder to the mix and stir until the meat gets fully coated. Add water to the pot and stir to prevent the lumps from forming. Once this is done, add potatoes, apples, and carrots to the pot, and keep stirring until the mixture boils. Furthermore, add soy sauce and honey salt, and keep boiling. Once all this is done, taste the curry as needed.

The Japanese Chicken curry is a tasty dish as good as Katakat chicken and butter chicken.

3. Jamaican Curry Chicken

Although Jamaican curry chicken is popular in Jamaica and the Caribbean Islands, the dish has Indian roots. In the 19th century, Indian slave workers introduced the recipe to the Caribbean island. Later on, the dish included some local ingredients as well.

The recipe for Jamaican curry chicken includes ingredients like chicken, curry powder, potatoes, carrots, and vegetable oil. These ingredients make it a yummy recipe, just like Palak Gosht. To Make Jamaican curry chicken, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Once done, heat the vegetable oil in the oven and add garlic and onion. After this, add Jamaican curry powder to the pot and keep stirring.  When done with the curry, serve with rice, and enjoy this Chicken Karhai-like recipe.
